avocado blue cheese dip

 

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 cups lowfat plain yogurt*
  • 1/2-3/4 cup bleu cheese
  • 1/4 cup hidden valley ranch powder

 

*drain yogurt several hours through a cheesecloth (or paper towl, coffee filter). it should reduce down to about 1-1 1/2 cups. 

place all ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy. serve with veggies. (would be good with chips, tortilla or otherwise, also.)
