this was excellent! and so easy. i did not have lemon juice, so i used white wine instead. (sounds weird, but i used moscato, because that was what i wanted to drink that night! turned out great, i don’t think chardonnay would be right.) i also added a teaspoon of fresh minced garlic at the very beginning with the olive oil. then, when you add the shrimp back in the second time, I added a half quart of well drained stewed tomatoes (homemade – but dei fratelli makes pretty good seasoned stewed tomatoes, too) and also a sweet onion which first I sauteed in 2 tbsp butter. when it was all cooked, I mixed in a half box of (cooked) whole grain angel hair pasta and let it all cook together for about 2 minutes.
